On June 13, Mr. Huang Runqiu, Minister of Ecology and Environment of China met in Beijing with Dr. Patrick Verkooijen, CEO of the Global Center on Adaptation (GCA). The two sides held in-depth exchanges on topics including climate change adaptation.
